I am a property manager here in the Vail Valley. I have been in property management for 28 years and have lived in the Vail Valley for 30 years. My property management experience started with Cordillera Property Management and evolved into my own business with over 25 clients and a business partner. I have chosen to take a smaller business approach so that I can focus on the needs of my clients and specialize in personalized private home management.
My passion for the mountains has grown since coming to Colorado from Texas. Growing up I came to the mountains with my family, and I understand the importance of enjoying the mountains and all it has to offer.

My company goal is to provide you with the personalized care of your private home that you need, and to act as a property advocate for you in helping you to maintain your investment. I accomplish this with an intimate hands on approach with you, the homeowner as well as contractors. Additional support is provided thru my extensive relationships with contractors as well as my former business partner.
